When flowers fade, they hold their tongues
And life can be so beautiful.
Sweet corn and breath, it cleaves our teeth
And dreams are ever soft and light
Her garden swelled atop soul bliss
With cabbages and firmer roots
And all that purges sin to solely sink our teeth into.
She wanted a good dog
To lap its fur between her swoons
Of robust hands like at the clavier.
A big garden, her dream
Of life, happy
Content and
I love you
But I love You more.
She who loves much loves much.
When flowers fade, they can be so beautiful
And life can hold its tongue.
